No Trophies on PS4? (Confirmed - Sony Servers Aren't Updated)

I did actually get it to work, along with another person I know. We aren't sure how we got it though, he was at 12k dough and I was at 13k, and it unlocked randomly for both of us after a game.

The trophies are synced now as well.
